Active hip range of motion masterclass

For yoga practitioners and dancers who needs to increase their active range of motion in their hips to better their craft and deepen their mind-body connection. This workshop will meet you at your current perceived hip range of motion and equip you with incremental techniques to bridge the gap between where you are, and where you can eventually be, specific to your anatomy. You are fully in control of how far you are ready to proceed, with absolutely no harsh hands-on adjustments or manipulations to instil fear.
