So you’re pregnant! So exciting as well as a little scary! Join Donna for this 3 week pregnancy yoga series to help you nurture your body while you grow another human! Amazing!!!
We will cover breath/relaxation, asana/movement to build strength and stamina as well as stretches to nourish your body. This series will provide you with the tools to join a regular Yoga class as well!
The course will be run by the mother of 3, Donna Watts, qualified in yoga, pregnancy yoga, yin, and relaxation/meditation.

Kids Yoga 4 - 12 years (school term 10 week series) with Sally Jones. 60 Minutes

Join us for some fun, calming and interactive kids yoga classes!

Each kids yoga class with Sally starts with ‘getting out of our heads and onto our mats’ and a breath/mindfulness exercise. Children are introduced to yoga asanas (poses) in age-appropriate ways including through games and imagination.

What Will I Learn?

It is about having fun while learning about mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. Each class ends in a meditation suitable for your little yogi or yogini.

Whether you’re new to Yoga or a seasoned student with a regular practice, it is always good to get back to basics.
You will be guided though the safe execution of the Asana learning intuitively to connect to your own body, mind and breath.
This course is sure to build your confidence with Yoga so as to move to a more consistent practice or re-establish some basics you may have been not connected with in your current practice.
What Will I Learn?
We will cover the fundamentals of
  • Sun Salutations A and B also know as Surya Namaska and break down each pose as we work through them systematically
  • Pranayama – the breath and the channeling of the “Life Force” energy
  • Breakdown standing, seated, forward and back-bending Asanas (Yoga postures) while discovering the planes of movement in the body including exploring physical and mental balance.
  • We will also cover the Bandhas (locks) and Mudras (seals).
  • Discover different Meditation techniques
  • Learn how to really rest and restore in Savasana

Everyday pressures and demands can cause so much stress in our lives, we often get snappy and intolerant, shallow breathe, have interrupted sleep patterns, possibly not sleeping well at all, consequently relationships around us can suffer and so does our health. We are more likely to experience an increase in pain and tension in the body and before we know it our shoulders are so tense they are up around our ears!
