So you’re pregnant! So exciting as well as a little scary! Join Donna for this 3 week pregnancy yoga series to help you nurture your body while you grow another human! Amazing!!!
We will cover breath/relaxation, asana/movement to build strength and stamina as well as stretches to nourish your body. This series will provide you with the tools to join a regular Yoga class as well!
The course will be run by the mother of 3, Donna Watts, qualified in yoga, pregnancy yoga, yin, and relaxation/meditation.
What Will I Learn?
Pregnancy Yoga can help with the following:
  1. Sleep issues and other discomforts in pregnancy
  2. Stress and anxiety issues
  3. Strength, stamina, and endurance
  4. Flexibility


Movement can be key to all of the above & meeting with other women experiencing similar things can help you understand that you are not alone.

Kids Yoga 4 - 12 years (school term 9 week series) with Sally Jones. 60 Minutes

Join us for some fun, calming, and interactive kids’ yoga classes!

Each kid’s yoga class with Sally starts with ‘getting out of our heads and onto our mats’ and a breath/mindfulness exercise. Children are introduced to yoga asanas (poses) in age-appropriate ways including through games and imagination.
It is about having fun while learning about mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. Each class ends in a meditation suitable for your little yogi or yogini.

What Is The Cost?
A prepayment of $112.50 is required for the full series. Or a $15 drop-in rate.
