How did you get into yoga?

I was doing it for a long time at the local Gym before, but I was looking for something more personal.

How did you find Yoga Flourish?

I’ve seen the Studio one day when I was riding my bike and went pass it.

What were your first impressions of Yoga Flourish when you came by?

I was amazed to find a Studio, and everything “Yoga” inside. Then I knew I came to the right place.

Could you please share your experience of what effect Yoga has had on your life, health of body and mind. How has Yoga made you feel?

Yoga is to me more that just a sport, if I can use that word. It is something that heals me inside out. I’m in love with the beautiful moves, and what it does to my body and mind. I’ve done Karate when I was much younger, and Yoga is so similar in that way. You need to grow with it, and be patient, to get stronger and better.

Anything further you would like to share about an individual teacher or anything you think new student would like to know as they too can be quite nervous as they start heir journeys?

Well, I’ve said it many times before but I’ll say it again. Firstly, I would like to praise Sharron, for the way she teaches a class. She has that amazing voice, which is so powerful when I do a class with her. I can just listen to her and imagine the movements in my mind without looking at her, and I know what to do.
And secondly, I have done a few classes now with Liz, a new teacher who joined us recently, and I would like to say that I have found her presentation of the classes so soft and gently, and she makes sure a person warms up enough which is so important when a person suffers from pain and injuries.
