Welcome to our studio

Not sure where to start?

We recommend:

5-week Beginners Course.

Before you come to class

  • Arrive 15 minutes beforehand, this will give you enough time to find us, meet the teacher, pay and settle in.
  • Try not to eat 2 hours before the start of class.
  • Ensure you are well hydrated.

What to wear?

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in.
  • We practice in bare feet, so please remove your shoes when you enter and place them in near the door.

NOTE: We have moved away from sharing props so have limited available for loan. 

 

Please bring your mat, towel, water bottle and comfortable clothing for your session.
