We spend long hours in front of our computers and over phones and devices, and the repetitive movement patterns can cause shoulder and wrist strain.

Likewise certain yoga postures if not executed properly can actually aggravate shoulders and wrists.

What Will I Learn?
  • This Workshop will provide a toolkit of quick exercises and myofascial releases and an ongoing resource providing a toolkit of exercises to strengthen and maintain healthy shoulders and wrists.
What Is the Cost?
  • $15.00 – entry only
  • $25.00 – entry = yoga strap (use during workshop & take home)
  • $30.00 – entry = yoga & myo ball (use during workshop and take home)
